How to Deal With Destructive Emotions

Research conducted by Daniel Goldman and the Dalai Lama on destructive motions is well documented in a book titled destructive emotions. It shows that it takes some time practicing awareness of our emotions to learn to manage them in constructive ways, instead of letting ourselves become or others become victim to them. From the perspective of mindfulness, we can't be present with what's happening unless we are present. The quicker you can get back to sharing warmth and love, the better and the more likely you are to have disentangled yourself from programming.
