Is Co-Operation a Part of Human Development?
Is it accurate for me to define corruption then as those individuals in power applying the rules differently, either breaking hrules or circumventing them? I'm trying to really get hold of corruption itself. And i don't want to come across as sort of an airy theory o wic competition is very, a very important part of human development,. So co operation and competition, i sort of, in a way, they go hand in hand. But there's a difference between that and control and domi ah and ar.
