I used to think as a coach, you can control and manipulate everything. You want to believe that you can change everything, everything's within your control. And I had to think in said 80 percent. The easiest decision is to change a manager. How many times do we see clubs change a manager, but nothing really changes? So what you need to do then is build an environment here of growth mindset individuals. It should be the environment where we're all coming here to work and improve.
