How to Build a Good Sales Pitch
A good sales pitch starts with our insight into the market. What we really want to get our arms around is what does the market need to understand in order to really, really understand our differentiated value? So I think there's a lot of different things we can do. One example that I use a lot is a company I did some work with a few years ago called Postman. They have a concept of something called an API first world. And so their point of view on the market is that if software is actually eating the world, how does that happen? Well, it happens through APIs.
