Is Vatican II Teaching Errors?

Diamond: Vatican II purported to be an ecumenical counsel. It was solemnly confirmed by Antipope Paul VI, he says. Diamond restricts the scope of his argument and says this only shows the post-Vatican II church is false. But as we will see, Vatican II does not teach any heresies, so this does not advance diamonds position.
