Is Bias and Unbiased a Good Thing?
There are two kinds of renders: biased and unbiased. Bias is a rendering engine that simulates the way light bounces off objects, like in an after effects film. Unbiased can look just as real if you know the knobs to turn and you know how to tweak it. Usually biased has a bit more freedom because they're not bound by the laws of simulation. They can give you controls that maybe aren't necessarily physically plausible.
