Code Review

Code review has some aspects of process to it that is not always worth it. If you've been working on this thing for damn five years and it's a small thing, you may not need a code review. Sometimes i love actually getting a coad review from someone who hasn't been here for this long. It's an opportunity to spell out the assumption that are implicit in the work. And then next time you don't review that part, because they figured it out. We do the same thing on the design side. This reminds me, i want to do some more live stream design reviews - we had one last week. I wish we recorded it just finding the way to do something
