The Effects of Cadence on Cardiovascular Resistance

The oxygen required to put the same power up, it changes with your cadence and increases with the cadence. The systemic vascular resistance went down a little bit with increasing cadence as well. So if you want to work at a higher percentage vio two, increase your cadence. And in terms of the fatigue, believe me and my people i coach, ah, that the fatigue really does add up duing these intervals.
