Empowerment in Projects
Projects are part-time projects that we host. They're aimed at something between, say, four and eight hours of a working week. The fact that they're hosted in a central way where you're getting recommended projects is a powerful thing. It's opened up this whole new talent falls across the organization to both find people that could be good to do that. And also potentially increase the productivity of some teams with these initiatives. We see them being very powerful in terms of creating more space for those who want to follow through on project work.
