Nonhistamine Mediated Angi Edema

Nonhistamine mediated angi edema can be caused by anything from food to medications. The underlying cause we see most frequently is the accumulation of a substance called bradykinin. It's an inflammatory medium that causes vessels to enlarge. If you get the diagnosis wrong, it doesn't really matter that much as long as you've rightly separated it into histamine or nonhistamine mediated.
