The Importance of Understanding Your Purpose

Chat GPT is kind of like a high jump, you know, Mark, I've got to beat that. You've got to understand what is it that we are here for. If technology leaders want to be able to make sense of trends, maybe one of the key starting points is to be absolutely clear about what purpose it is that we serve for the organization. Only then can we make decisions about is this thing going to be relevant for us delivering on that purpose?
