Therapy Has Made Me Like Cut Myself a Little Slack
Therapy has made me realize like it's not my fault. Like, yes, you have to take accountability for sure. But when you have an understanding of your childhood and these things that were instilled in you in such a young age, you really like learn to cut yourself a little slack. It doesn't mean that you're not responsible for getting it together and fixing it and being better. And I think this is so important for people to hear is that our behavior and listen, I had so much shame and embarrassment around that behavior.
