Two-year-old Fred was not tall enough to go on a ride at Diggerland. A woman tried to measure him with a pole but he wouldn't let her and they left the park. Medway says it's ridiculous splitting hairs when she could have measured his height from start of queue. She also said that diggerland cannot be responsible for a child injuring themselves due to negligence.
