Playing an African Woman in a Story About Africans in America

"Tuso" is a story about an African woman displaced by slavery in America. The film will be directed by Barry Mendelsohn and stars Viola davis. "I'm excited, i feel like you've achieved the ultimate goal to come to america," she says of her new role.
