The Importance of Service in Aviation

Hidro is a very stable business. And obviously, the volumes of traffic has been relatively stable. But at the same time, back in 2008, we had 70 million passengers. We were saying that we were full as an airport. In 2019, we had 80 million passengers,. much, much, much bigger airport. If you cannot provide good value for money for them, you will not succeed as a business. As a CFO, again, one of my fundamental roles is to ensure that Hidro becomes operational beyond a couple of decades. That can only be sustained if you are providing great service.
