Leadership has shifted from what I would call the director model of telling people what to do is Delegating to them then sitting back and evaluating them. Why shouldn't every leader be a coach? We found in a study that CEO spent 72 percent of their time in meetings And only 5 percent with their employees and only 3 percent of their customers. This is disastrous me You know, we should be out with our employees and customers. That's how I try to do it and metronic well over half my time.
