Mr. Bustamante: Money has an ideological side to it, which you would think was just subjective at that point. But there are objective constraints to what functions as 'good money' He says CIA recruits a very specific type of person and they essentially teach you that the things that you have always been suspicious of are real. "We're higher anxiety than the average person, higher self-discipline," he says.
