The Court Denied Fox News' Motion for Summary Judgment

The court denied Fox News and Fox corporations attempt to dismiss the case. That was not surprising to me remotely at all period end of discussion. What it essentially did was granted dominion summary judgment, essentially on the falsity of many of the statements that Fox made. The actual malice was this intentional or reckless. And so that's what that is what the jury is going to be decided.
