The Importance of Trust in Negotiations
Xenophon recalls some good, respectable, soldierly merriment. The next day they make an agreement not to harm each other. Groups that have high trust amongst themselves tend to have higher motivation. So get together in person. I did this with a potential business partner lately and it made a huge difference.
