Do You See an Evolution of the Size of Projects?

i feel as though texas is a little bit kind of an interesting mixed because we have all these megga projects, but it seems as though there's also a significant amount of smaller projects. I in like at so i do have a question though, but maybe about the size of projects. Do you see any evolution of just like, a mix of either. O, these like, mega construction projects and these like little renovations or little construction projects elsewhere.
