The Real Core of the Georgia's Worldview
Henry George was a 19th century American journalist. He observed that poverty was greatest in the most prosperous places. His core argument was that land rents are the reason why we observed that problem of poverty rising with progress. And so he argued that land rents rise to gobble up all of the advantages of a society.
