Laura was raised in a completely non-Christian family not hostile but not Christian at all so all of the Christian elements were completely just absent for her. She first encountered the Chronicles of Narnia when she was about six or seven I don't even remember they read them in the proper order and that's a bit of a bone of contention itself isn't it? Dora joined Laura to talk about how many people who engage with his stories don't realize there is this Christian subtext.
