Erie District Attorney Brad Paul called the FBI's local office from his cell phone. One of the key pieces of evidence is the observation of Marjorie Deal Armstrong and Bill Rothy at the payphone where we know the call was made ordering the pizzas that day. As I drove past the gas station, I noticed a large man standing at the payphones with bib overhauls on. It was like I closed her door. She turned and looked right at me. To this day, I won't forget it.
