As a knowledge-based society throughout most of the West, why won't the disruption be bigger maybe than even some of the most skeptical critics of AI could suggest? There's two parts to that answer. One is the knowledge worker jobs have been under attack from automation for over two decades and we haven't seen the bad effects.
