The Importance of Quasi-Asometrics

Quasi-asometrics is just a rapid eccentric movement followed by a pseudo isometric, so a breaking action that we don't know. It's a potentially false isometric contraction, but there's not another evidence or research on this yet. With running, you're trying to stop yourself from compressing driving down into the ground. So what you're doing is you're doing a very different isometric action rather than a pushing one. That was probably a better transfer crossover over to those sort of concentric muscular actions in boarding.
