How to Steal Customer Churn

There's two types of churn. Someone says I don't really like your product that much, so I don't want to pay you anymore. Involuntary churn is usually about 40% of total churn and folks do not think about it. Ask for an annual deal instead of a monthly deal. Cancellation flows are often 50% or more of involuntary churn.
