John Brinkley toured around pretending to be a Quaker doctor and his wife Sally, not even bothering with the divorce in order to pursue medical career. A man wearing a cowboy costume got on stage and started strangling dozens of rattlesnakes to death and collecting the liquid that oozed out of them.
