Wang Mao is a nanotech professor in Beijing and he gets recruited by the PLA. He faces some sort of unknown enemy who is behind the mysterious suicides of many, many scientists. I'm just kind of curious how much characters like learn on their own and how much is like fed to them or screened by the government.
