The findings all but disappear two months out so they do both of these surveys. They seem to agree with statement that if Trump let's say did something really offensive then Fox News is less likely to cover it than CNN. The moment they are not being paid for watching CNN they actually revert to the all sorts of news. And so even those short term local effects may have reflected something that isn't altogether genuine.
