What's Your Process for Gathering Ideas?

Michael: I'm going to try to follow sort of the framework that you'd said, because we do have some similarities. But my version of where and how it gets translated to action is a little bit different. It starts with a just what's your process for gathering information for gathering ideas? And yeah, like to be at the most basic level, it like new ideas come from outside the world that you live in today. So whether that's going to conferences, just getting out into the community you're trying to serve books.
