The Role of User-Generated Playlists in Promotion

I want to ask you a little bit about user-generated playlists which you talk about a lot in your book. They are still important, but I don't think they're getting the amount of reach that they used to get. The concern is around those playlists that maybe aren't as well curated where it could be obvious that a person is taking payment and just putting any song in there. It's not illegal as such for them to participate in that. So instead, the artists end up getting punished because they're the ones that will profit from those streams,. Which is heartbreaking.
