Surfers Are Being Attacked by an Unnamed Sea Otter

The same thing appears to be happening in Santa Cruz, California. One victim said he and some buddies were surfing near a cute friendly otter when another otter appeared out of nowhere and swam right at his buddy. He bit down on the board and shoot a piece. And we were like, what's going on? It then what kind of surfer, dude, what?
