How to Staff a Job
I practically don't have a life because of it. But you need an owner's rep for yourself. Take care of that. We also, I mean, we staff a job. So we always put on a job, we always have an assistant project manager and a project manager. Some project managers are a better fit for this contractor, this architect and this owner. And whereas somebody else who did great on one job wouldn't be a good fit for that team. so we have to. That's why people with two or three employees are able to be scalable in that sense.
