The Right to Vote in the United States Constitution
The women suffrage movement wasn't new at this point, right? Thoug it wasi, like, 27 years old, i think, yes, that's right. Itis pretty well established, right? So, yes, it was an inevitability, but it's not like this was like, out of nowhere, right? This right on the backs of decades of organizing. Absolutely. What makes this case sort of resinate to day is the ways in which the court characterizes voting rights generally.
