Getting People Interoperable - It's the Consumer's Choice

i need to go to my farmer's market next week and tell everyone to set this up. Some one tryd to charge me 75 cents to buy a papusa, just a ou usocratic card,. which was 15 % surcharge on the actual charge. I can use bit coin, i can use dollars over lightning. It's the consumer's choice. Right now, when i walk into duncan doughnuts, what consumer choice do i have? Visa matricar. So the whole point is getting people interoperable. Once we're all inter operable, then the choice lives with the consumer.
