Dave Rabestein: In general, people's perceptions of countries are pretty much unified around the world. He says what has happened with Russia and Ukraine is basically a bifurcation. The perception of Russia in China has gone up in Egypt, just gone up in India, it has gone up. And at the same time, by the way, the perception of Ukraine. So Russia has gone down almost universally except for those countries that I mentioned, Ukraine, the perception has gone up."
