Introduction
Pete Roberts is the co-founder and CEO of Origin USA, a clothing company based in Farmington, Maine. Since 2014, Origin has woven its own fabric from raw cotton grown in the United States. In recent years, China accounted for over 41% of the world textile exports. apparel had the largest decrease among all manufacturing industries with a decrease of 85%. Over that period, employment in textile mills decreased 76%.
