How Long Does It Take to Build a Habit of Mindfulness?
There are many ways to build a habit of mindfulness. We can take, this is just an example of a negative trigger, but we can certainly find neutral triggers as well. And then on that reward trigger, habit or reward, i'm sorry, trigger behavior, rewarward. The critical piece there is that every time that memory is relived with ptesti, it gets layered upon is like, oh, that's really bad. There can be a single trial that can lead, you know, lead to the beginning of a habit, but it's like wet cement at that point.
