Enzyme Replacement for Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency

After her testing for fecal fat was positive and she had normal stool osmolality, she did get a fecal last taste, which was less than 100. So ultimately there was concern for diagnosis of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency. This is kind of one of those situations where sometimes it's easier just to empirically treat them with enzyme replacement and see if they respond.
