As a consequence, the banks could not compete as effectively as they had competed before. A lot of personnel at those banks left and formed their own proprietary trading groups or joined other proprietary rading groups. And all of a sudden you have a corps of highly skilled dealers in a proprietary environment that want to make money. They're electronically sophisticated. And i believe that it was probably these guys who have made the electronic venus more liquid, and has given us that forty per cent.
