Energy Bills - Is This Really a Potential Economy Problem?
Government has gone to largely energy retailers and asks for ideas about what we do. One of the things they've come back with is that this is a whole economy problem. What's been proposed so far in public is a smoothing mechanism. And i think on something that big, it's the exchequer’s job to work out the relative merits of doing it or not.
