When you're standing on that slice of pie, it doesn't feel bigger. Your role has expanded. And so i think that's what you have to think about as a company. If they are really motivated by position and title and roll, then what happens if in a year or two years, you need to level them? Is that going to be devastating? Are they going to take that with a grain of salt? It's hard. Even though we know that as our companyes scale the exact same role becomes bigger. But this is where you have to understand the motivators.
