This will create a water supply problem for the entire downstream area which includes a city, the city of Herrzone. This is an area which possibly could have been and may still be in contention as Ukraine has just begun its counter-offensive. I also saw that the United Nations earlier today warned that mines and unexploded ordnance might be kind of flowing freely, willy-nilly because of this dam burst. And it's also true though that the deluge is covering fields which were probably mined by the Russians who are concerned about this Ukrainian Counter-offensive.
