In my own practice, we're actually at 90 % historically in terms of call conversion. Hygiene has to be wanted. And if many times we see with new clients that their hygiene production is in the teens, percentage wise, 15, 16, 17% i'm probably not going to set that k p i. If an office is at 16 % currently, i'm not going toset it at 33%. It's just too hard.
