Is the Password Manager a Fake Password?

Passwot goes into this a filter their server, anda gets turned into a hash. The hash is like it performs an algaritm on your password and just turns it into the longest, random as fucked up string of numbers. So if the co or whoever has access to this data base would go in there, they would just see like a pretty long string of random numbers. And for them to convert that back into the password is like, quite a process.
