The Importance of Team Dynamics in Agile Projects
The ability of a team to work closely together, innovate and foster a positive culture that significantly changes the world is really what iterative teams are about. The complex way of a constant connection and behavior patterns demonstrated by all the team members is often called to refer to as team dynamics. This encompasses the skills of the people, their communication styles, decision making styles and how to handle conflict resolution. When a team works well together, has a shared understanding of the projects and objectives and what they're trying to do,. They're more likely to produce a high quality product or service.
