If you're bringing some one into your business, you have to accept that it is a minimum of a three months transition. Recurring tasks are those kinds of tasks keep the engine of the business moving. You need to develop a process for on boarding somebody in your business and making sure that you've broken it down into bit size chunks. And i would recommend that you start with the training and the processes of recurring task list delegating.
