Introduction
Dave Paella is founder of the agency of learning, which helps early career developers grow into more mid level senior level developers one day. The employer pitch is we're essentially a finishing school for bootcamp grads and I find that most employers nod their heads at that description with very little other detail required. We run it like a real team - every single person joins before they receive their interview link to Discord. My background comes from the bootcamp industry so I won't go too much into detail but basically a buddy of mine will review all the code on my behalf. It's an open source community where people can learn new technology because you think that's going to make you more back into employers
