The Importance of Challenge in School Improvement

I'm in awe of school leaders and I think they're the ones that affect the most significant change. We might work quite intensively with the school we might do maybe 10 or 12 days of input over you know a couple of terms which is quite intense for us. But it's really the leaders in the school every day sweating the small stuff that make the difference. So yeah I think that hopefully we make a difference but we are under no illusions that it's the school leaders that really you know ensure their schools weight schools.
