Will the Supreme Court Strike Down the K C Regime?
I am increasingly of the opinion it's going to, i'm not quite to probability, but i'm now at forty five, forty eight, forty nine % chance they go ahead and get rid of roe and k c. The constitution in no way, expressly or impliedly, create a right to an abortion. They just don't. It's not there. And so if the supreme court's going to draw another rule, it just can have to make up another i that's contrary to the philosophy of the majority of the justices.
